Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, RCSW

In this work, we trace the internal architecture of your life, the unconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, survival strategies, and beliefs that once protected you and may now be limiting you.

Therapy invites us behind performance and into pattern. Together, we examine the emotional structures beneath recurring symptoms so that what has been defended against or silenced can be understood and integrated.

This is not about quick fixes. It is about creating relief in the present while developing insight into the deeper relational and nervous system patterns shaping your experience.
